Morning Detox Ritual
Begin your day with a glass of warm water infused with lemon and a few tulsi leaves. This gently stimulates digestion and supports liver detoxification. Drink this before brushing your teeth to allow oral enzymes to assist in digestion.

Eat According to the Season (Ritucharya)
Choose cooling and hydrating foods like cucumber, coconut water, ash gourd juice, watermelon, mint, and buttermilk. Avoid fermented, deep-fried, and spicy foods.Charaka Samhita recommends light, easily digestible food in Grishma Ritu (summer).

Balance Heat with Sheetali & Pranayama
